This is my favorite NASCAR race of the year. I love this circuit. the F1 race here is amongst my favorite of the year too.

Yet it's been a nightmare track for my main man Marcos. Robby G punted him out of the lead in one of his first ever Busch races... he sped in pitlane when dominating the next year, he fluffed the final corner to let Edwards past and snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory in 2009 and last year his car had engine issues 2/3 race distance after he had been dominating once again. (it's been a harrowing 5 years at times for an Ambrose fan since he hit US soil)

It's really hard on cars and tires. The best drivers in average cars often rise to the top here.

Anyway... much like Watkins Glen last week I'm gun shy to go all in on him still, as I did my ass big time on this Montreal race last year. But last week I really didn't bet enough considering how confident I should have been based on all the facts we had.

I'm thinking that pending prices and weather and quali conditions I really should throw 25 units at him here.

But I'm not one for big risks usually, so I could pussy out again.

Dissapointing there is zero pre-race coverage from Montreal, and no one from the nationwide forum I read is at the track giving helpful info like usual.

Ambrose and Edwards will be starting at the back in case you aren't aware btw. I forgot about that when talking about 25 units on him. Will still back him and am kind of happy the odds should be better because of it actually. There is always yellow flags here with the walls so close.

22-33 Really like Jacques in this one. (Scott Speed is not without a chance though)

38-18 So tough to call without having seen how the cars look on track... McDowell probably. No Leffler. No Mcdowell...

66-31 Allgaier... but only because I don't trust Steven Wallace with a cent. Both looked competent last week at The Glen. Toss up.

2-32 Another tough one. Was surprised Sorrenson won Road America. And would lean Elliot if not for that. Another don't know really

6-88 Amirola. Think fading Ricky is smart here. He's trying hard to build up road course skills. And he must be happy with the finish at The Glen... but after watching him last week my plan has been to fade him big here. Tough track for a rookie with budding confidence. -120 Ricky takes out a wall or two.

11-09 Got a soft spot for both drivers. Both are competent on the road. Both should fight for a top 10-15 position. Take the dog?

30-5 Boris defending champ in a nice Turner Motorsports car... Against home town hero Fellows. Another that is too tough to pick without having seen how the cars are handling on track.

60-16 That's Edwards v Bayne... both starting at the rear. No contest. You know who to take.
