I'll be a sad puppy if they don't get more than 1 win. And devastated if Ambrose blows the road courses again... so I say above.

In fact I'm so hot for them this year I was considering putting aside a hundred or two just to bet on AJ and Marcos each race, so my bias hopefully won't affect my other serious betting.

Let's see who we've got that have legitimate chances to get their first win with the tracks I think they'll have the best shot to win on:

AJ Allmendinger (Phoenix, Dover, Indianapolis, Pocono, Watkins Glen)
Paul Menard (Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Daytona, 'Dega)
Marcos Ambrose (Watkins, Infineon, Bristol)
David Ragan (Daytona, 'Dega)
Regan Smith (Daytona, 'Dega)

I think both AJ and Marcos find their ways into victory lane at some point this year. AJ should contend on the concrete and flat tracks. Marcos is clearly a favorite on both road courses. Menard, Ragan, and Smith are all threats to win on the restrictor plate tracks, but out of them only Menard will threaten elsewhere. He had some really good, solid runs on the intermediates like Chicago and Atlanta last year.

I'd go under. AJ/Menard/Ambrose all have realistic shots but to have all 3 win this year I don't think will happen.

How about this one....RED BULL winning a race this year, over or under 1.5?

In a contest this year. Took Ambrose in one road course race and Robbie G. in another road course race.

If Robbie does not finish Good in one of them, I will assume he his "Over the Hill" and should consider retirement. I figure he has run out of excuses in having dismal road course finishes the last couple of seasons.

This season going to keep my eye on Car 32 in the Spint Cup Series. New Car, New Driver ( unnamed to date ). Owner of car was Jeff Burton's Crew Chief last couple of years. Going out on his own now as an owner in 2011.
