Maybe? There was no value in him the last few weeks. But he just wins so 1200 is good.

Jimmie's not a great restrictor plate driver. But, he has as good a chance as anybody.

This race is a crap shoot. That is why you see all the big odds. That is why I am passing this weekend at Talladega.

I think it will be a hendrick day...but not JJ's. I think the fans will see another Gordon/Jr battle.

It is going to be who ever is in the right line come last lap. Who will go with who, and who doesn't get wrecked.

I base it on the fact that they are both starting close to the front. They both know that track well and both are great at drafting. Jeff seems driven to get a win and soon. I can see him wanting to be up real close to the front for the whole race. And Jr is getting into points racing as well so leading some is beneficial to him. And really the safest place at Talladega is up front. Since they start lined up together and two cars hooked up together can leave the rest, I can see them trying to do that and then both go for it.

Burton, Keso, Hamlin and Bliss were fastest in practice. Need some drafting help at Tally and the practice proved 2 cars tightly bump drafting were stronger than the pack drafts.

But Jr was in the mix as well in practice. I think teamwork is gonna be the key. And I do include Stewart/Haas in the Hendrick group.
