HOMESTEAD MIAMI SPEEDWAY (Xfinity/Cup)---

Alright fellas we are staying in Florida for another week but headed down to Homestead where we will have the Xfinity series and the Cup series in action this weekend. The trucks are taking this week off, but they will return next weekend at Las Vegas. The Xfinity race will be Saturday evening at 4:30pm on FS1. The Cup race will be Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm and will air on the main FOX channel.

This is one of my fav 1.5 mile racetracks we go to all year. This race was always ran as the NASCAR finale in early Nov until last season when it was held in August. So hopefully since its earlier this season we can maybe miss the rain showers, and when i saw forecast is mid 80s and clear all weekend lets hope it stays that way! I am still watching last few races from here this morning and updating the books, but odds already posted on DKs so figured i would go ahead and throw this up...Should be an awesome racing weekend! he's gonna start deep in the field, but long as he doesn't wreck coming thru the field should be fine at this track..

I think this race is very complicated to cap.

All time Elliott has the 2nd best avg finish at this track. And the last race in June 2020 Hamlin, Blaney and Elliott pretty much cucked the field. Plus Elliott is just hot right now as well.

But what do those stats really mean? For 20 years this race was the finale in November and had the results affected by the final 4 Chase battle.

I think a lot of people are therefore looking at the June 2020 race has more significance than historical stats.

But it's February now, not June or November.

With no practice things could get mixed up if the track conditions are different enough to either Nov or Jun I think.



Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Blaney, Elliott, Larson, Harvick, Reddick, Truex, Dillon & Bell should be the contenders imho. But would take none of them as chalky odds. Could easily see it not going to script.

Busch and Bowman were 5th and 6th in average running position at high tire wear tracks last year so taking them. Hoping Blaney and Larson’s odds get better, otherwise I will probably just wait to bet live. I was hoping for a better number on Bell too.

We got WynnBet approved here last week. No date on when it will launch, but they are a nascar gaming partner which should help.

FanDuel has been terrible with the nascar selection from what I've seen. It's like DKs has anything and everything offered for it and they have nothing. Obv have better odds on guy here or there but that's about it.

Gonna check out BetMGM soon since FD sucks.
