How important or not are these Qualifying laps in handicapping the race.?

It’s actually absolutely true I believe. I think so many people tail Mike that he does move the win lines and especially the H2H.

I know he affects Dimes’ lines. Heritage copies them and adds 10-20 percent juice, so he moves their lines as well.
