Road racing weekend (Trucks/Xfinity)--

Alright guys the Cup series is taking its lst off weekend of the season but both the lower series will be in action road racing from different venues. The trucks will be racing at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park on SUN afternoon at 2:30pm while the Xfinity series will be racing at Road America on NBCS at 3pm on SAT afternoon.

This is a great stand alone weekend for the lower series every year. Will also have some diff names running. Including Matty D running Xfinity race for JGR. Should be a fun weekend and GOOD LUCK!!!!

probably going to be on guido and a handful of longshots, odds will be very interesting, could see him around the 800 range maybe?

Opti, any feel on the Belgian Grand Prix? Took Albon at 80-1 odds now that he’s driving for the big team. I know he probably won’t win but I took a shot. Look like we might not get qualifying matchups this week.

No odds yet on dimes is pissing me off, was hoping marry up a couple picks with the pga...I agree that projected odds on Dibi are inflated, but 2 respectable road race finishes in the upper tier with inferior equipment has me interested if the odds are right....he's going to be running the best equipment this weekend with nothing to lose....Hopefully he'll post closer to +500 and I can plug him in an open parlay. I do like Allgaier and Bell as well.....Gl this weekend.

All this road racing reminds me of my all-time bad nascar beat. Anyone remember that race Ambrose dominated and was in first place with just a few laps to go. Then he stalled his car during a caution driving up an incline on the course and and had to drop back to 6th, unable to keep up with the pace car??

I think I had about $600 on him that day at around +400 or 500 odds. Basically went from a $3k payday to nada. It’s funny thinking about it now, but it damn sure wasn’t funny then.

I do remember that Jay...yeah, what a kick in the nuts with that much riding on him.....I can't tell you how many times my cash cow has ran outta gas on the last lap of a race (enuf times to think conspiracy)....hell, I even watched my all time fav driver hit the wall for no reason while out front all by himself, of course ole Ernie only had one good eye, but still no excuse!!!

Indycars on from Gateway Saturday night too.
Power won it from row 2 last year, and started on pole the previous race but was wrecked early.

Think he might be a shot for back to back wins at +550

Don't think I'll bother betting early though. Maybe Sato 40/1 as a longshot.
