For those interested in participating in our races. I will give you a chance at BigDaddy's 100 points one race or the other. You cannot have both so will need to indicate which you prefer.

Also will need to get instructions for the Texas Motor Speedway if you want to compete that race with me.

Since DumbDaddy junked up our contest thread I am going to repost our contests since this has gotten confusing. The following are our official contests:

BN Payday Loans is celebrating its new coordination of the SBR NASCAR Live pool by donating 100 BETPOINTS of DumbDaddy's NASCAR profits to the contest this week.

There will be a maximum of 25 entries with each poster guaranteed an entry. On raceday, posters will be able to buy additional entries in the pool on a first-come-first-in basis. To be eligible to buy additional entries, you must be in the pool prior to race day.

Our analytics division ran computer simulations all night and burned up two Intel Pentium processors and determined that our 5-man squad has a 53.7812% chance of winning the prize this week and we have a 71.5678% of chance of being in the money based on our forecast for the race and poster participation.

DumbDaddy please be aware that since we are using our own money in the pool this week our winnings will not come off your balance. That will start next week.

I am backing both of my contests with real points. Therefore, you can be sure of getting paid. DumbDaddy is running his own rogue contest and he is not paid and you are at your own risk with this contest and giving him a freeroll playing in that. I am also competing in those contests with my own PAID entry.

If you wish to compete in any or all of the contest you are free and encouraged to so. But the thing to remember is that DumbDaddy is unpaid in any contest he participates in so you are either being stiffed or freerolled.

In my contests, he will not be paying his share and he will stiff you for 50 betpoints most likely. In his contests, he will stiff me with my paid entry.

In addition, I CANNOT win money in my contest. Any money I win goes to pay down DumbDaddy's debt. I CAN win money in his contest but he will stiff me and he will keep any winnings he has with his freeroll.

In my contest I am freerolling DumbDaddy with the debt he owes and he is stiffing you 50 points. In his contest he is stiffing me and freerolling you and having an entry with my paid entry.

DumbDaddy if you had asked us at BNPayday Loans what our policy was on conducting a NASCAR pool while in default we would have provided you with the provision as follows:

--If any person receiving a BN Payday Loan should conduct a NASCAR contest on SBR while in default, BN Payday Loans shall be entitled to all such winnings of the customer in the contest and shall have a freeroll in the contest. If the freeroll should win, the proceeds will be used to pay down the recipients debt and if the recipients entry should win those funds will be forfeited to BN Paydown Loans.

It is all there in black and white. We are not required to provide the agreementaccording to SBR Betpoint Loan policy. However, if you would have asked, we would have told you.

DumbDaddy, we want to express to you the respect we have for your NASCAR contest. We want to see the contest continue to succeed because it is our primary source of income for your loan, As a result, we will attempt to maintain the integrity of the contest and allow it to function for the entire 100 present free rolls we have in the contest.

Please feel comfortable that when you have paid off your debt, your contest will still be active and attractive to any that will want to participate assuming it is properly funded. We pledge to be a good custodian while we are operating the pool.

I don't mind leaving him alone if SBR will ban him after a certain period of time. We can drop the whole thing. There has to be some resolution other than just letting him get away with it.

I get it but SBR stance is to not get involved in poster to poster betpoint business. And to try to keep fights about them out of genuine sub-forum threads. Rip away in the Betpoints forum or Players Talk.

Note to LTProfits/Optional, this is a legit claim on entry which I am entitled to as stipulated in this thread. The coordinator is aware of the policy for his loan this week and actively freerolling contestants with a fraudulent pool with SBR knowledge and defrauding a member of the pool in good standing. I would like to participate and am an enrolled member of the pool and the coordinator can easily afford his own contribution as a result of default status and another poker freeroll win this past week which has been seized by BN Payday Loans.

Please also be aware that our legal team is presently seeking an injunction on this race in the 9th Circuit Court of the Internet and will be providing the writ at SBR HQ prior to race day.
