no but even so. i know teams push the limit we've had instances of Logano and biffle recently struggling to make starting grid

Yeah no way that happens. Doesn't mean he wouldn't have won anyways. Penalty is steep enough IMO. Doesn't mean it isn't fair for bettors either IMO. All teams push the limits of the rules and some get caught and some don't. It's been that way since NASCAR began
