cant argue aby of those plays...yeah no value in jimmie if u didnt get early #s.....but might work out in ur favor...big favs dont usually do well
i just couldnt leave bowyer off the roster at +1700....i liked the value and actually think he is 1 of about 5-6 cars that can win the race

Thats funny, i thought i was the only one who was superstitious when it came to commenting on race drivers. I don't even post my picks here cause i dont want to feel bad if others follow and lose, even tho so far for the year i'm ahead. Just turned on the truck race. First time I have thought about or looked at cars in weeks.
And just look at all those rookies in the lead!
Still won't be around much for a bit longer. I promised myself I would not go back to forum posting and betting until I have lost the first 10 pounds of 50lbs I am going to lose fast.
I exploded to over 300lbs from about 250 in less than a year. And heave and puff after walking to the letter box let alone any real exercise.
I turn 48 soon and was killing myself within 10 years the way I have been living, and eating.
Anyway, I miss you all, and the cars, but am not giving myself any excuses not to exercise, eat right and spend some productive time improving my life. And forum posting and car capping is exactly that, an excuse not be do the jobs and exercise I must do if i want to see past my 50s.
Will just pop in for the race tomorrow and tail you guys for a bet.

Opti well wishes to you brother, its crazy how im going thru about the same thing, i weight 285, at last years Bash i was about 255, i had a size 38 waist, yesterday i bought a pair of shorts size 42, last week i went to my garage & got my drill to add a loop to my belt, lol. My health is terrible the last 2-3 years, im killing myself 2. Every month i swear im gonna do something about it, it never comes. So GL 2 you brother.

I don't know about you, but i've been 240-250 range for most of my adult life. Eating and doing as little or as much as I like. It's scary exploding suddenly. Hurts all over too as you stretch I think. My stomach is what really exploded, if you are worried about 42s... Anyway, I decided if I my body likes being at 250, and i was just there 6 or 8 months ago, if I work hard at it for a short time i should be able to get back there much easier than most people would after carrying the weight for a long time. And then it should be pretty easy to stay there I think.

Yeah Opti i'd love to get back down to 225 (60lbsLose), about 5 years ago i was there, i was in great shape & looked much younger than my age, Now i feel 20 years older. Guess i need to watch "The Dr. OZ Show" on T.V. to get some modern tips on Dieting, mabe even find out how that Black Music Chic: Chaka Khan lost alot of weigh recently, seriously.
Im gonna start Dieting now, but exercising isn't a option for me right now. Couple months ago i mentioned i was going thru some crap in my life: Well long story short, my wife & me were in a bad car wreck, On a Interstate 4 here in Florida. A brand new Toyota Tundra Truck rear ended our car, he told cops he was running 65mph so that means more like 75-80, we had slowed down for a wreck about 150 yards in front of us, so we were running about 20mph. He never hit his brakes, he told cops he just changed lanes and we were just sitting there, i think he was texting on a cell phone, but no way to prove it. He was still charged for the wreck and it did $9,000 worth of damage to my car, pretty much tore the whole rear end of car off. So for the last 2 months ive had to go to Physical Therapy 3 times a week, ive had to go get Pain Injection Shots 2 times(6Shots), and consulted a Neo Surgeon last week, BLAH BLAH BLAH
So yes i'm difinitly in a Life Changing Mode myself Opti, soon as im released from the doctors im gonna get my life 2gether also, i figure at our age 45-48 we at a cross roads in life, God Willing we got another good 20-25 years, so we gotta make Real Changes/ Decisions NOW that will benefit our futures. Stay Strong On Your Path Opti, & you others guys take notes, so life doesn't sneak up on ya'll 2.

My book has the sh*tiest #'s for Nascar, the only way for me to get value is to bet there opening #'s, dm Bowyer started at +1250 and is
+850 now, J.J. opened at +450 now +200
I opened up acct. with them to play March Madness Games( they had good bonus) & the start of MLB. I've Smoked their a** so far, but it's not a Nascar Book by any means. All i can do is take a shot on Brad K+700, Kasey K+950, Kyle B+700, & Bowyer+850 if i want action. Risk/Reward might not be worth it, might have to keep hitting them in MLB?
