usually this week, but this year its pushed back til 1st weekend of November

Think its normal that there is a few weeks between us and you changing.

Goes to 16 hours difference when you guys wind clocks back

five years ago they expanded DST to go from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. It used to be April-October.

I hate DST. It's stupid.
