      3rd round locks

319 Jim Furyk (3rd Rnd) -135* OVER Charles Howell III (3rd Rnd)

Skinny boy is no good at Harbor Town. The Leadbetter Product will post +2 - he lacks consistency.
This is the perfect tournament for Furyk to get back on the map this year.

Camilo Villegas (3rd Rnd) -115* OVER K.J. Choi (3rd Rnd)

K.J. is still beating himself up over the poor Masters finish. He won't come through.
Camillo is a University of Florida product. He's played Harbor Town more times than Choi.

Personally, I've played harbor town and many HHI courses in college. I almost qualified for the U.S. Am - I'm staking my life savings on these picks. At worst they split.

Yo Gwiz. Thanks for the message brotha. I'm new to the SBR form and since I've found some good information on here I figured that I would join in on the fun. I was an assistant golf pro for a while so I know my stuff when it comes to golf. Gambling however, well thats why they call it gambling. I feel good betting PGA since I've studied it over the last 17 years. Let's root these picks in! BOL Boys

I'm just going to say boys. I raked in a grand today and both of my predictions were spot on. Choi and Howell both folded and my score prediction of Howell's +2 round was dead on. Loving life right now.

Two interesting early plays today. I think that the wind will make this afternoon a toss-up, especially for the late pairings. I'm going with

Kevin Na -105 to defeat Mike Weir -125

Weir is a heavy favorite in most matches because he's a crowd favorite. He's had two rounds this week over par and the pins will be in Sunday locations - given his lack of length and 55.4% GIR total for the week, he will struggle.

Na on the other hand has had rounds trending down respectively at 71,71,68 - He has also struggled to hit GIR at 53.7% - however his youth overmatches Weir's inconsistencies.

I guess you can call this the Asian Sensation Pick Package.

K.J. Choi -105 defeats Paul Casey

I have met Paul Casey, as much as I like him - he has done little in the US to solidify his status on the PGA Tour. This is due to his putting. He again is a heavy crowd favorite in Europe and the line is set to counter balance that favoritism. He's a great athlete and stripes the ball, but the again, it takes a different player to overcome the Sunday pin positions. His one good round of 64 won't happen again. Look for a -1 finish.

I think Choi is ready to come out of his funk and finish strong. If he can hit fairways, which today I believe he will. Choi wins hands down 70% straight up against Casey. Look for a strong -3 or -4 under round out of Choi.

Other picks considered - Jason Day. Didn't pull the trigger on this one, but I think he is often undervalued. I've seen him on the range many times and he's a pure hitter, just needs some more experience on Sunday. BOL BOYS!

My gambling "problem" is that when I am selective I win, but when I win it makes me want to win more so I start trying to pick more which leads to losing.

that's the circle I seem to be stuck in
