ahh tough luck king. Well the game still isn't over, still the 1st anything could happen! Worst case, its still a winning day though because of Geelong!

I actually had a bit of a rethink and decided not to put any points on them. I put some money on the NRL Pathers over Sharks and a little on the ANZ champ match Thunderbirds over Vixens

nice, I saw the panthers touch up the sharks. I took the bombers at 3qtr time in live betting thought they were home so that was pretty good and just hit webber in gp so going alright.

Two bets I like this round. Freo unsettled by the drug scandal, Syd win. Adelaide stood down 3 players, Lions have a good record in Adelaide recently. Lions win.

I've made so many posts here stating my dislike towards Pies as a team and how over-rated they are.. well it's going to continue. Cloke ain't going to kick 5 goals again, he'll struggle to get 2!

Coll don't need Cloke to kick 5, they are good at sharing the load. And Gee struggled beating Hawks and Carlton. Coll +4.5 for me.

Its been the same thing every year with Geelong V Collingwood. It gets hyped up and it usually a decent game, Collingwood will be pumped up and there will be a bunch of people saying the pies will do it this time, but the fact is Geelong is still a MUCH better team and Collingwood has only beat them once in their past 6-7 mathc ups...look at what Geelong did to them in the Prelim last year...Geelong 17.18 (120) d Collingwood 6.11 (47)...the teams are virtually the same and both teams are in as good a form as each other.
Geelong are basically at full strength minus Joel Corey and Brad Ottens. Collingwood on the other hand are little beat up at the moment missing guys like, Fraser, Medhurst, Lockyer and Leigh Brown.

I find it very very tough to make a case for the pies winning, or even coming close, in this game. Geelong should win by 4-5 goals at least. Im thinking more.

they play heaps worse following a game against the dogs, even the pies only jsut beat the dees. i think they're scared of barry hall some psychological trauma or something.

Any thoughts on the total guys? Two high scoring teams just thinking they make abit of effort to stop the scoring as the pies have copped hammering in the press for allowing plenty of points while scoring themselves. Can't see them kicking 130 against the cats so will have to try do it down back. Total set at 202 looking at the under. Thoughts?

TONIGHTS GAME

COLLINGWOOD v GEELONG: To be honest both of these teams aren't on my favourites list. Collingwood has been playing top footy, which worries me.How long can they keep playing this standard ????
Geelong on the other hand are a class side and that worries me. What if they explode tonight??? Collingwood would stand no chance.

In saying that its the CATS that should prevail .

As far as over/under 200.5 pts this game goes OVER and quite easily..Will this be a shoot-out or a one sided blow-out?????

TIP: Geelong -6.5 pts and OVER 200.5 pts

I almost took the over but decided not to because a) big game pressure b) both midfields are pretty strong and the ball might not come out as fast as other games and c) if any side has a decent lead in the latter stages of each q (esp the last) they will run the clock down.
