Well as you know, nrl is biased against the warriors....50/50s ALWAYS go against them. I don't think stupidity is an excuse really, there must be alot of fixing going on (i mean the fox sports team shud be the "tab centrebet team") they're selling the rugby league gambling "product" to "punters", and i mean if your a die hard leaguey and u wanna bet who knows the game better than ppl like Tallis, Daley, Alexander etc...."How can they be wrong, right?"....but we all know how their picks generally go so everything's connected in some way.

Ye boys, they bailed out my asss someting special.

I was up 8 Units in the morning off tennis and wnba etc and then went on a live mlb unders tilt and lost a shitload which I never usually do, I do way better with sides. Then got hammered by Swans and the Port Adelaide ML was just a fvcking saviour.

One rationalisation that made me take it was that I saw Adelaide ML as a parlay killer, as dumb as that sounds it would of been the last leg of so many multis for the day.

Hats off to Port as well they played so hard and intense and even though it got tight they pulled through. I nearly wanted to go TAB and put 1 unit on Adelaide @ 10.00 but I didn't

One more thing umpires were pretty fair but if anyone got the lucky frees Port did umps were with me for once.

Happy we all got bailed out

how you view the refs depend on which side you are on doesn't it? crows got smashed and kicked atrociously. the way port played the cover for the crows was doubtful at best anyway. well done on the fightback.

2-1 for me on the day on AFL. didn't touch any of the nrl. been a hot couple of weeks for me on afl, so i'm going to focus on that primarily for the rest of the season.

Ye your right Gee, Sydney swans played extremely bad and Demons played extremely good + had the umpires with them I can't believe it clearly hit the post for a behind a goal was scored to make 12-0 that could of been the difference so early on.

Them umpires were trash if you were on the Swans.

I realised Umpires usually are with the underdog/home team

GnP - i think you get far too worked up over the umpires. they annoy me, but you gotta move on, not play the game if its so dodgy or start capping umps.

Duff: nice write up. i might have a small bet on the game, but will decide when i get home and if i'm going to watch it. whilst i've probably been around even or just down in NRL this year, trying to cap and pick it is really doing my head in... so unpredictable.

i got back into doing some form for the horses (and some of the dogs) on the weekend. might have a look at that again tonight instead...
