solid winner never in doubt other than when newcastle shot out to 12-0 early on. but when eels hit back, you could see that the eels would be switched on for this game and that's exactly what happened. 1 play/week working a bit better for me than playing 5-6 matches / round.

3* Sharks vs Rabbitohs OVER 30

Yes these two teams are premier defenders and weather is dogshit in sydney but I think that will lead to heaps of errors and that will be plenty of scoring opportunities. It is much harder to defend in torrential rain than it is in perfect weather footy. At a total of just 30, I think the OVER is worth a play here.

ambitious but when a number's that low it's worth taking a shot. didn't come off this time but no regrets.

Sportsbet have a promo where if Semi doesn't score first try but scores at some point in match, money back. So taking my chances with this one.

3* Titans vs Rabbitohs UNDER 44.5

Titans look like a high scoring auto play right? But if you have a look closely when they're at home, they concede average 18.8 in points conceded. Rabbitohs haven't exactly been ball busters in attack especially on the road where they average just 18.4 points per game. Rabbitohs have been banking on their defence this year which has worked quite well and the absence of reynolds has really damped their attack. The titans should be very switched on in defence with a fresh team coming off a bye. I don't any more than 40 points in this one.

1* Raiders vs Broncos OVER 44.5

Shootout - broncos with tired players from origin versus the best attacking side in the comp and also a defensively vulnerable team too. Yes they will be focussing on defence this week but they're facing a side that has even more weapons than the bulldogs possess. Raiders will deeply be relying on outscoring rather than holding. Hard to pick a team who will win but think we see points from both sides tonight. Total should get to the high 40's at the very least.

how that raiders v broncos game stayed under i will never know... oh well cashed the 3* lsot the 1* not too fussed.
