Poms have all the pressure and they tend to choke when favorite. They won 1 out of 4 series when ranked no 1 in the world.

Solid call here lads... With Boof Lehmahn now involved the Australian dressing room has changed all for the better and now believe they can win, without all the South African BS from Micky
Expect big series from Watson, Clarke , Haddin and Pattinson for various reasons to give Aussies massive chance as underdog this series.
If Pattinson can stay fit he should take plenty of wickets with conditions suited to his bowling. Leading wicket taker for the Aussies looks a solid bet.
Love the Live betting in cricket with so much value on running team totals and players if can catch at right time...

I think we are all being a bit hopeful, with it a home match for England and the turmoil in the Aussie lead up.

I just have fingers crossed for a good first session. Then first day so far.

we all know that is a 10-0 out of the question I think so Australia will win maybe 1-2 tests but England far superior espically with all the stuff the baggy greens have been putting up with

England on home soil nearly unbeatable

Not long now lads. Pitch is supposed to help spin. Maybe swann for most wickets in the match and series if they are planning to prepare spin friendly pitches

A mate of mine bumped into Steve Waugh yesterday.

He told him the Aussies will win the Ashes and sounded pretty confident.

I'm not convinced, we just lack solid openers and someone who can make a big score when required or hold down one end.
