Can we get a golf subforum?

Well i was thinking of using their lists to make my own where out of 4 lists you get one in each and play each weekend. Might get more players

I'll do whatever. I just want to have a reason to look through golfers on a weekly basis so after a while maybe I'll be able to bet them with some profitability. Plus it makes watching golf a bit more fun.

I love watching and playing. After going to several tournaments(most recent was the PGA since kiawah isnt that far from me) its cool to see them negotiate some crazy positions they get themselves into. Definitely has helped my game

I got to play the ocean course last year. Awesome course. I got lucky and my tourney round out there was after a two hour rain delay, slowed the course down and it actually wasn't THAT hard. The shots they hit are absolutely incredible, I hit a shot backwards off a wall a few weeks ago after seeing Jimenez hit it at St. Andrews. Mine wasn't nearly as effective .

I got to try and hit the shot Sergio hit from under the tree at Medinah a couple times before they ripped that tree out cause it was dying, and I don't think anyone could ever hit it as well as he did again. They used to offer $500 in the pro-shop if you could find a way to get it on the green.

Do you have any clue if they put sand in the greenside bunkers there for the PGA? Since its all waste area, those are like cart paths, and hitting onto those fast elevated greens I would expect to be nearly impossible.

Doubt we will get enough people to get it going for tomorrow. But I'd be happy to run it and grade it if we do.

I think running it off a site would be the best. We never found one that seemed decent. Any experience playing that? I'll take a look at that tomorrow and probably get it set up for next weeks tourney.

Anyway's, for the guys who check this thread out. Take Robert Karlsson -110 vs. Camillo for the tourney. Camillo will not be at the top of his game due to the fun nature of the pro-am, and he isn't a good enough golfer to even keep his tour card. Should be Karlsson -190 or so, but Camillo is a fan favorite and will still probably get bet on. Hopefully you can still get the line after I hit it hard at 5dimes and DSI.

thanks for the heads up on karlsson! I even got in on it at try's thread and my book and his had it down to 105. Gotta love fans that play the same guys week in and out.

Did you get -105 reduced at 5dimes? I got that, maxed it out. Then took the regular line at 5dimes, maxed it out, then headed over to DSI, paid the -115 and maxed that out. Camillo just hasn't been sharp recently, more fading him then betting Karlsson. But of course, Camillo comes out swinging and is -2 thru 5

not much of a capper on golf, but couldn't resist. so played 10 matchups for only like $20-30 and so far only 3 are winning and 1 tied. but did put 20 to win 400 on Mahan and 20 /800 on Clark.

Karlsson's 1 over for the tourney, had a really bad first day. Camillo just made an eagle about 5 minutes ago to take a 3 shot lead on Karlsson, and Camillo seems to be on fire today

Ya, I wasn't too upset about Karlsson falling apart cause Cantlay was only 1 off the lead, then he misses a 2 ft par putt, then 3 putts for bogey, then a par, followed by a goddamn snowman. Guess the guy is a bit of a head-case.
