A lot. They want you moving right awzy
My neck just get stiff. But they say it's normal. Going thru my front and moving all the muscles. That. Tendon. Shoving them out of the wY .....everyday a bit better

First and foremost get well. I can sympathize as I've got issues in the neck and lower back, mostly spinal stenosis and arthritic, and other than numbing you there doesn't seem to be a lot they can do. Glad you had options and wish you a speedy and long term healthy recovery.

Back to business ... Grand Sonata. I've been following for a while. Just watched last as in my stable. Just not sure there's enough value versus the expected return and competition here. But again , I always acquiesce to the more astute cappers here.

LOL, 11 years ago?, wow. One truism for the youngsters here is ... "the older you get the faster time flies". I searched for years to understand this until one mentor explained to me that it's all about relativity, ie for a 5 year old becoming 10 , only 50% of his/her lives has passed. The difference between 50/51 is what 2%, thus the same amount of time flies much faster in one's mind as we age.

Missed this. Get better soon, hart. Neck surgeries are no joke. Gotta be smart with them and give them time to heal, glad to hear a little better each day.
