the NYRA announcement does not include is details about whether fans will be able to actually attend these races this summer. NYRA says in the announcement "...to mitigate risk and reduce the spread of COVID-19, New York State currently requires all racetracks to operate without spectators in attendance." So basically, the restrictions from last summer are still in place. But as the public starts getting vaccinated and with the state's recent test program having fans at Buffalo Bills games, that guideline will hopefully change by the time Saratoga starts racing in July. As the pandemic surge begins to soften, I think we can all feel pretty good about our prospects of getting back into the Sarato
