i acually made 5 lbs of homemade gnocchi, 2 dozen of cannoloni (crushed meatballs, sausage and spinach filling), and 3 dozen manicottis which i make my own dough from scratch then i portion them out and freeze them
acually have neibors who buy dozens of cannoloni and manicotti for $18 doz they are good size and 3 will stuff you. all you have to do is put them in a pan , pour sauce on them, and bake for 45 minutes at 350 have some salad and vino ready and your good to go
