No matter what state you pick, you're eventually going to have to submit information that proves you are living in the unaccepted states.

not the best site
its parimutuel(meaning you'll get every dime coming to you if you hit big) and its legal....im in pa and its pretty much the same deal. as a matter of fact you cant have an account at track "A" if track "B" is within x(think it was 25) miles from your residence (the closer one to you gets your action) at least thats the way it was when i opened the accounts in the early 90's.
both of them have transfered over to online from phone ins and i never dropped either one.....but thats just between you, me and the gatepost

I think I am right in this...New Jersey does not allow any ADW sites. Only there own. That is why you cannot get twinspires and such.

There are many states that don't allow pari mutual betting, so TVG, TwinSpires and XpressBet won't take players from those states.
That's why many people play offshore.

I still go to the track so i do not have a account. Here in Iowa, Twin Spires and Xpressbet you can sign with but TVG wont accept Iowa Residents. In Arizona it is completley Illiegal a felony i believe.California is wide open they almost want you to bet at home at the track limited tracks you can play and limited PP,S in Form.I have a freind who lives 10 min from Santa Anita and has not been there in 5 years at the track 4 bucks to park and 5 to get in.I know they have a club you can join to save money on Admission but never Parking so he stays home bets all the tracks LIKE Mountaneer and Pompano Harness which are never offered at track has Tvg and Xpress bet accounts. The only time he goes to the track is a week at Del Mar a couple of Days at Fairplex so the wife and kids can play at the fair while he is at the track and Delaware Park trip he loves that track so he goes there once a year.

from bookmaker
If the track payout on a race pays to ALL on Super/Trifectas, pays out2 of 3 on a Pick 3, or 3 or 4 on a Pick 4, and BookMaker client's wager has the exact ticket, the customer will be paid out the whole minus the takeout percentage. If pool information is not available, the payout will be 3x's the consolation payout period. If take out information is not available, it will default to 20%. If paid out to the whole pool, consolation payouts on the same rates will not apply. All normal tracks limits are still applicable.
pk4,6 payout is counted as one race so would only pay the total amoung you could win for 1 race.
thanks so pretty much unless im betting a horse to win place, show or small exacta and trifcetia no point in doing anything that could possibly win alot

i didnt think jersey had otb's. track or casino for gambling only(recently allowing nj res to wager ponies online). i could be mistaken.
if that is the case id venture to say over 75% of nj population isnt near a track(or AC for that matter), esp @ $3.50+/gal.
getting your $ from the nj bets site shouldnt be hard seeing how its parimutuel and state run and all...oh wait

you cannot sign up if the state you live in does not allow gambling
