Great race 2004 Dubai World Cup
This race from the 2004 Dubai World Cup doesn't get a lot of talk, but was one of the best races I've ever seen with Pleasantly Perfect and Megdalia d'Oro.

Two great horses in the stretch, and a great, great race call with some great lines "as they turn the corner for the big money" and they "duel in Dubai!!"

Hopefully, Discreet Cat and Invasor make it to the March 31 race. Should be a classic.

Slew that was a great stretch drive considering how much $$$ was at stake.

For big race stretch duels, IMO there are few that can match the incredible last 1/4 mile in the 1989 Preakness Stakes between Sunday Silence and Easy Goer.

That was a great one as well.

Dave Johnson never called race winners on the line, unlike Durkin and Denman, who always do and are never wrong. That was clearly Sunday Silence by a neck at the wire and he says "I can't tell."
