R8 #6 montauk summer (10-1) 3WP

ran type of line in a middle distance race I like for stretching out to a marathon.. was also behind a slow pace and very wide both turns.. not concerned joel hops off as he's riding for the trainer of the favorite in the whitney.. this horse also cost a decent amount for the pedigree.. red hot clement the trainer

R11 #4 dot matrix (9-2) bowling green 4WP

pace compromised last race and finished last (but only by 3.25 lengths).. 3rd off the layoff, likes the distance and track.. trainer has terrific numbers in many applicable categories.. rosario rides again and has missed by a neck and head when he's rode him before

out @ 5-1

i really don't factor weight in..realize guys who do the sheets assign a value to it so that's probably some of the best proof it means something..think it's something like an extra 5lbs carried = 1 length but could be wrong about that..being 2 -3 lengths
off a 1:18 is a death sentence.the winner was right there pressing that extremely slow pace and you really have to be in those situations imo..credit should be given to the 2nd place horse who was positioned similar to mine and fought it out right to the wire missing by a nose..a definite good playback even though his race will look good in the pp's..mine will probably be dropped back in vs mcl 40k at a middle distance and be very fit from this race

I think weight up or down more important in routes. I always use 2 lbs up/down in a route could be 1 length, 4/5 lbs 2 to 3 like U say.Sprints, 4 lbs= 1 length, of course, just my opinion and how I use weight. Felt bad 4U when I heard +4 lbs overweight at 1 3/8M Marathon. Bol 2Day Mr Toga Party
