My picks are based on who i think we win, I rarely playing the exotics.

Odds 5-1 +, I play WPS
Odds less than 5/1, straight win bet

If 2 of my picks are both heavy favorites, I will exacta box them.

I play for short change, DD, Pick 3s.. Thats how I play. Won a crap ton today and yesterday.

So for this race, Veya is 4/5 and Estiqaa is 7/2. If you bet $2 to win on each horse and Veya wins, you'll lose money because the Veya win won't cover the Estiqaa loss. Is this a scenario where you exacta box them or do you throw more on the favorite and play them both to win?
