WTF why even have a sbr race book it doesnt fukin work

Again this week I hit an exacta that went off around 8 minutes after I bet it and my WINNING bet
was returned (If it lost it would have counted)
Monticellos showing 1st race 38 mins to post in SBR book its now post time for the 5th race lol
80% of the tracks are that bad SBR only uses that angle on your winners
I like playing SBR racebook it somewhat keeps me away from the track

Any wnners will be refunded to the amt bet the losers they don't check so they lose.
To bet SBR racebook you have to bet 2 hrs in advance ...total scam like poker and casino

I have pending wagers back to July 2014, On July 5 this year EVERY wager I made is stuck in my open bets, grade them or refund them just don't tie up my points please.
