Been following you off and on for awhile and would like to thank you for some great advice. How exactly are you playing the races that you post? I have just been betting your top horse across the board or exacta boxing them.

betting the top horse win and place is a good way to go you might exacta key the top horse over the other2 or 3 horses ans i take the top 2 or 3 in each race and play pick 3.s or doubles.

Good morning folks im gonna be real busy this week because i have to make a bunch of things up this week to fill my 3 freezers every once in a while i make about 20 qts of spagetti sauce, 10 lbs meatballs, different soups, homemade pasta and different pans like lasagna, homemade manicotti, salsbury steaks and much more. So when i need something for us for supper, bingo right out of the freezer.
I will be doing this stuff during the day while capping breeders cup in between and visiting my brother in the evenings
also got people calling for trays of xmas cookies already dont know if i'll be able to do all them this year because i get tired quicker and alot of work.
Well, hope you guys have some luck this week and i'll try to have some breeder picks up by wed or thursday

Yepper, yesterday was my meatball day made 3 types of meatballs made tiny meatballs used for italian wedding soups. Made medium meatballs used for swedish meatballs and my regular healthy looking meatballs for sandwichhes or for pasta dishes. All split up for dinner portions for 4 people and in the freezer.

Today, ill probaly make 8-10 qts wedding soup and freeze them in qt size containers and also make about 3 dozen brocciole and freeze them too

ever sit and roll about 200 mini meatballs and 120 regular ones? Got to love it

Thursday i will make fresh pasta dough for manicotti which i'll stuff with a ricotta cheese mixture and canneloni which i will stuff with a meat,spinach and spice mixture probaly make about 3 dozen each and freeze them on flat tray and then bag into dozens. Maybe cook a few up for supper for sampling. Ha ha smells good around here right now

i usually have 3 freezers full of different things made up. Make it easier when i dont have the time to fix something. Good stuff in there lol i was a chef and have my own book out i wrote and it keeps me occupied with all my other things going on.

Ready for the breeders? Who does your pop like? Classic?
