Pens vs Sabres, Friday, puck it check in

I think the line will still favor Pens. The public LOVES the pens.

Then again I think what happens tonight against the Isles will be a factor as well. By the time we get to Buffalo it will be the Pens 3rd game in 4 days (also 4th game in 6 days, with a record of 11-3 in this situation) and they will be on the B2B. Tonight should be a physical and emotional game which could put the Pens in a bad spot Friday. I can't see them playing Fleury tonight against the Isles, as they crushed him on Tuesday and in the interest of having him fresh for Buffalo.

I'm also hugely superstitious when it comes to in-attendance records, as I am (i think) 9-0 or 10-0 this year at Pens home games. All signs point for a Buffalo win, but, as I said I'd like to watch tonight's game and wait for goalie announcements on Friday.

All that being said, I will probably stick to the O5.5, O1.5 [1st] [2nd]. Pens OVER is 4-1 in last 4 eastern conf games, 8-1-1 in last 10 road games, 5-1 on 0 days rest, and 5-1 road games against a team with a winning record. I know Buffalo have been UNDER whores as of late, but there is no doubt about the Pens ability to put it in the net and Buffalo is going to have to do the same to take a win.

Thanks for thoughts. No one will have to tell a story on which side to take. Penguins will be at great value while the Sabres are the hotter team, rested, at home, and more desperate. Should be a great game. Hoping Fleury plays tonight and backup vs Buffalo

Okay i was wrong, Fleury is in net tonight! I cant see the Isles getting the best of him twice. Hoping tonight ends up being an old fashioned pens ass whooping!

Sabres have owned everyone in their last 5 games including Washington and Rangers in their own buildings. No matter what the line is, it will be easy to play either side.

Call me a square but im on pittsburgh...buffalos on fire but so was pitts up until the ottawa game...i think letangs a bigger loss than ehrhoff especially on the pp....if miller on his game buff should win...but he'll be tested.....i can't wait to watch this game either way! bol

I think Buffalo wins this one but I can't see the Pens losing 3 in a row. With the Flyers only 2 points back of them this game is important to the Pens also. I think I'll just take Buffalo TT and hope Pittsburg drops a third straight. BOL everyone.

It obviously hurts but Weber has played quite a bit this year and will fill in a lesser role. Keep in mind the Sabres have steam rolled their last 5 games by at least 2 goals. Their offense has been great and Miller has been the best in the league during this stretch.
