Question - Pinnacle Lines - Handicap
    Hey guys,

Sorry about the newbie question but I gotta ask....

Often I've been taking teams at -1 instead of ML to ease off on the juice, sometimes it ends in a push, sometimes it works out, and you know the rest of that........

Anyway, Pinny has a line that shows -.5 and -1 as the same election, with an odd slightly different than just selecting -1.

My question is, by selecting that -.5and-1 line, do you still gotta win by 2 goals to win your play??

    Thanks for any help

Half your bet goes on the -0.5 and the other half goes on -1.

So if you won by a goal, half your bet would win on the -.5, and the other half would push on the -1

thats an interesting way of doing it

          -1 is a ripoff

worst way to bet hockey IMO.. Take the ML or -1.5

with -0.5 you only have to win with one goal or more in regulation

dont listen to that shit. you lay down huge and then you lose then what? keep your bets 2% of your bankroll so you have a chance to recover if your team shits the bed

A standard bet for me is 2-3%, a large bet would fall into the 10-12%. Thats what I am comfortable with. The hawks last night got a 20% bet, but that was cuz it was a special night.

                    Thanks for the info everyone.
