The best time to ask if a team is a play, is after Wallco has posted the schedule on the day in question. If Wallco's post is not what you expect, then you need to post your query, because you might be right. However, if Wallco' s post agrees with your expectations, there is nothing to be questioned. Any other post at any other time causes confusion. For example, your question above doesn't say which date. Therefore, I had to check out your query. Philadelphia plays tomorrow and is not relevant to today's thinking. You have wasted my time checking your query and also in writing this response.

I think the confusion stems from the fact that Wallco posts that there will be a future play from chases already in progress and the questions have been about chases that may start on the same day but haven't been posted yet.

For future reference, Wallco only posts A bets (start of a chase) on the day they begin. He also gives us a heads up on the next bet in chases already in progress.
