Wallco NHL GOLD (+453 units in 6 years) -
Sportsbook Review Forum
Tampa was the moneyline favorite at -115, which means to bet Ottawa +1.5
Ottawa was the puckline favorite at -1.5, which means ... ???
Both your rules (post #1 or post #2447) and your daily posts DO NOT address this...
Would it REALLY be so hard to add some clarifying dialogue to the rules and/or to the daily post:
"The moneyline determines favorite/underdog positioning. If the puckline does not match, look for the alternate puckline to get +1.5 on the team we're betting on. Many alternate pucklines require larger bets to win the same amount as the standard puckline, so remember to adjust your bet if necessary."
Right now, every time you refer someone to the rules, it doesn't clarify this situation. Your rules are incomplete without addressing a moneyline/puckline discrepancy.
Be HELPFUL, not pompous...

Really??????? Are people that stupid? I don't think so. And by the way, that wasn't the question either one of them asked, had it been, the answer might have been different. But as far as the question that was asked, the proper place to find the answer was given. Thanks for your concern, your helpful tips may be considered in the future, but for now give it a rest. And as I said yesterday, enough with the "what I HAVE to do's."

Wallco NHL GOLD 2013-14 System to date: 199-6 (fin. series) System profit/loss: +66.51 units (fin. series) Current open series: 3 (-20.20 units)
Games for (3/22/14): #199 Boston @ Phoenix (+1½) v1(C)(9:05 pm EST) #204 Dallas (M/L) @ Ottawa v2(B)(3:05 pm EST) #205 St. Louis (M/L) @ Philadelphia v1(B)(1:05 pm EST) #209 Phoenix @ Boston (M/L) v1(A)(9:05 pm EST)
Note: The lines I have listed were the current lines at the time of my post and may not reflect the final lines used to determine wins & losses, or line changes later in the day. Get proper line if different than the one I have posted, based on the criteria that I have listed below.
Do not place any wagers on teams unless you are sure your team is the dog or favorite. The team underlined and highlighted blue is the team we are betting on, regardless of v1 or v2. If you play the closer line games too early, you may be overpaying for a loss if you play the P/L and should have been on the M/L, or lose a game that you would have won had you been on the (+1½) instead of the M/L. We will always play the M/L on favorites and games when the line is (-110/-110) or (-105/-105), and always play the (+1½) if the team we are betting on is a dog. ALL results will be based on this principle. If it is a close line game, you may want to wait til closer to game time to place your wager so you know whether or not we are on the (+1½) or the (M/L). All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, or vice versa, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. System rules and backtest can be found in posts #2446 & #2447.

No, you're right Wallco. It couldn't possibly ever help anyone to make your rules even more clear than they are now, or to mention the alternate puckline in your daily post JUST IN CASE the lines confuse anyone that isn't as sharp at this as you are. Being helpful is such an incredibly bad thing to ever do...
Maybe you should hit yourself over the head with that pan...

Tony ... Please stop the bickering. Wallco has put a lot of effort into this thread. Please don't think you can stop in here, with your "in his face" style and think you'll have any effect. If you don't like it ... Leave!
NO ONE that follows him wants to hear this from you!
I will ignore you going forward ... Wallco will likely do the same.

It's a big bet all right.
And, as an added bonus, if we lose, we'll get to hear from Douchebag Kenny. Well, you all will... I've got him on my ignore list.

You have to consider, any system that has the potential to lose 67.89 units on a single bet is one you need to be committed to for the entire year.
If you come in half way/whenever, and cop that loss you're going to be pretty upset/broke.
Food for thought. I like this system & the record speaks for itself.

Right.
Just have to set your unit to the correct % of roll based on yout tolerance to risk.
