I play the PL to cover my losses is if the ML doesn't come through....It's an extra plus if the ML hits though! Although the PL can be a bite juicy....

I changed my methods of playing games back on 12/6, and have had outstanding results!

Since 12/6 my ML and PL records are:

ML.....(20-10) +4.46x
PL......(26-2) +30.17x

I hope to keep it up!

Ah, I see what you're doing. But wouldn't you win more betting the favorite ML and the underdog PL? You would have been 3-0 on ML, 2-1 on the underdog PL.

Not Necessarily.....

This is what I've been doing....I break the match-ups into the away team's Road Winning % vs. the home team's Home Winning %, and if there is a greater then 25% difference between the two (no matter which way) then I play the team that has the larger winning % both ML and PL (+1.5)....

What I figure is that the team with the greater winning % (home or away team), they will most likely win rather than lose and if they lose they'll most likely lose by one rather than lose by two or more...

I'll use the Canucks as an example:

66.7% (Canucks Home Winning %) - 33.3% (Calgary Away Winning%) = 33.3% > 25%

So my play is the Canucks.....

I believe the chances of the Canucks losing by 2 or more are MUCH SMALLER than Calgary losing by 2 or more..

This is shown by my PL plays hitting at 92.5%

Shouldn't have played the Van PL.....Thought that was a lock tonight! Just goes to show that there are not such things as locks in gambling...

Learned my lesson....On to the next one, still up over 20x though!
