Belleville Bulls VS. Gatineau Olympiques

Gaining an edge in the standings will be on the line when these two 0-1 teams face off tonight in Kitchener. Fresh off OT losses both teams look to start off better this evening as both teams had to overcome 3 goal defecits just to force an overtime.

Belleville being the host team(host as Kitchener is hosting the tourney, but won the OHL title, thus leaving Belleville as the host), had a successful OHL campaign(48-14-4-2) are anchored by a strong defence(175 goals against, 3rd in OHL), while there 280 goals for placed also in third in the OHL. They are currently on a run of 5-5, with 4 of those losses coming against Kitchener in the finals and the other against Spokane(the only undefeated team in the tournament.

Gatineau, the QMJHL champions, finished the season in 3rd in the Q, before a solid playoff run culminating in a title over #1 ranked Rouyn-Noranda. they ranked 3rd in goals for(272) in the high-flying Q, while their 209 goals against pitted them second in the league. They are on a current run of 8-2.

Should be a good, fast paced game with plenty on the line, but my play is on Belleville, -0.5 pl +144(first 60).

The thing that sold me on the Wings in the end was that they played there worst 2 games of the playoffs, while the Stars played there 2 best. If the Wings can play that poorly two games in a row and lose those each by 1 goal, than I have to lean Wings expecting a better performance.

The Wings will not be relaxed, forgot about the 3-1, thought it was 2-1, trying to forget that one. They were relaxed for 2 games and let Stars think they have a chance, this wont be a blow-out either way, but the Wings will be coming to play. Watch them come on the ice for pre-game, that should be a good indication of there mindset.

Cant go wrong with it Ryan, Turco is the best goalie in that series and prob. just a little better than Fleury. The value is good on the game, it is just a matter of sides. Dallas is high on the hog right now, on the other hand Detroit will be game.
