On a more serious note, many former Nucks went to bed tonight with visions of Nathan LaFeyette's shot off the post in game 7, 1994 as the infamous "1940" chant was silenced once and for all. Will we hear a new chant of "1970" after Wednesday?

Canucks need to shed this choker label once and for all.....and no one needs this more than Luongo.

Hehe, nice one. When they were down 2 or 3 games against Montreal (don't remember) it was up at +2000. How much do you have on it? I only have one unit, but if I hedge it I will get atleast a 4-5 unit profit guaranteed.

With all due respect, I have to agree that the Sedins are soft. Who in the world would stand there & let themselves get punched in the face repeatedly?? The game is out of hand at this point, so punch back & show that you have some fight in you.

I am REALLY hoping Boston wins this game, but I am afraid that Vancouver will win yet another low scoring game at home, 2-0, 3-1.

Was Gretzky a fighter? No he was a gentleman of the sport. There are all sorts of player's that play. Some fight, some don't fight, some are checkers, etc. The fact is very few players fight and if you know anything about hockey, you know there are guys that are "skilled players" who do not fight. Player's don't do what Marchant did to those player's. That's the player code that has been around for decades.

Obviously none of the Canucks saw what he was doing to Sedin or you bet they would have tried to get back at him. And YES, you bet they will not forget what he did and he will pay big time.
