              It is probably 30/70 white at that third rate university. It is 3/97 at my first rate institution, and I am not exaggerating.

                DONALDWAGER uses the same model as Bodog for calculating max wager. Therefore, the lower amount will be used for calculation. So yes, you can wager to win 200. We do not use the Jazette model.
