Flyers will end up taking too many penalties putting Montreal on the PP, where they have been very good this series. I think that Montreal wins this in 5 or 6 games.

I do not think there will be to many penalties, remember the flyers are a physical/strong team not a stupid team. Trust me I am a Pens fan so this hurts me to say it but that is the way I see it.

Advantage: To me its EVEN. Its gonna be a classic matchup of Skill -vs- Grit. I feel Montreal has more skill up front, but Phillys top 6 are full of character guys.

Carle-Pronger
Timonen-Coburn
Parent-Krajicek

Advantage: Philly especially cause the Habs dont have Markov.

Advantage: Montreal HEAVILY


The Habs just beat the two best teams in the East. Philly had an amazing comeback as well know.. 3 of the 4 games this season went under.

What it comes down to is Halak is just flat out better than Leighton.

Yeah, wow. Looks like the heart, grit, and character of the Flyers is too much for the Habs. At least for this game. Leighton has been a back up his whole career for a reason though.. He can't be lights out all series.

far far from over. it's only 1 game. if habs come back strong Tues, they come home tied 1-1 and now a decent size fav to win series.

it's a long series.. they still have to lose 3 more games.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Let's not forget the Pens bashed the Habs 6-3 in game 1 of their series. The Habs will make their necessary adjustments and come up with a better game plan for the Flyers.

this game was philly all the way, i even told all my FANATIC friends here in MTL that philly would destroy mtl in this game, and they all acted as if i was bashing their god or religion or something. i had to leave the room. freaking montreal fans.
