Why isn't Boucher in net every game. I just don't understand how some of these coaches think man. Just like fukking starting HOward in the playoffs over Osgood. It doesn't make any sense to start a young gun in the finals like this.

Goat, Leighton is 29 and has been around the block. There's a reason he's been waived 4 times in his career and never spent more than one season with any NHL team. Boucher isn't any better though. Sorry to say it but the Flyers' goaltending is a joke, and their improbable playoff run is over. I hope you guys haven't lost too much money on this team.

Goat, if you've ever watched a Flyers game when Bouch was in net you'd think he was the dumbest goalie alive. I love Boucher but it's a roller coaster trying to watch a game when he's the goalie.

By the way, Leighton isn't a youngin... He's been around.

Also, how can you compare their talent? They are two completely different goaltenders as Leighton is a bigger "butterfly" type goaltender while Boucher tends to try and be more aggressive and often strays a bit farther away from the net.

I'm more old school hockey T wizz so I'm used to guys like Boucher, Khabibulan, Osgood, Brodoure running the show. All I am saying is that I trust Boucher in net in an elimination game over Leighton because he's been in that spot several times before.

Bunch of those penalties were weak-hate that when refs start effing up and do the makeup call thing. My over play is more important than the Flyers win but they better get their asses back in it-namely Mr. Pronger...Game on..
