I was talking about this last night. MTL beat wash and Pit. Better teams than the flyers, sure. But dont forget that the Habs were the 8 seed. There is something to be said for matchups. Wash and Pitt play a similar style of faggy eastern hockey. The Flyers (nor the Bruins) play that style. The team that they meet in the final will be a whole other can of worms. The Flyers are extremely tough, dump and chase, pound it out, defensive team... like the Canadiens. Just because the Habs shock the world with their two first round upsets, lets not go overboard. Matchups are key, my friends.
I like the Flyers tonight, because Im a homer, and I like the Bruins or the Flyers to beat the HAbs in 6. Leighton is back, too, dont forget. I say a team with dmen the likes of Pronger and Chara give those Habs all they can handle.

Absolutely correct. Flyers match-up much differently with Mtl than Pitt or Wash did. This series will depend on who wins the battle down low. The team that imposes it's will in the crease will ultimately win this series. I would lean Montreal at this point because I think they will have a small edge with Halak. Look for most of the games to go under. Starting with game 1. Take the under. BOL.
