I just logged on and see it's 1-0 Rangers right now.... I put down 2.5 units on Rangers SU... I just can't understand how a top team in the league playing the worst team in the league gives such amazing odds... :S

I dont see the Rangers as a top 10 team in the league right now(maybe top 15).. They have a good start but this could end soon. Gaborik is healty but he is so fragile this could hurt the rangers during the season.
Toronto are 0-7 right now but they are not that bad either Gustavson is a very promising Goalie and they added beauchemin to their defense and have a decent offence.
The thing is that its very early in the season and toronto will win some big games
but i still see Toronto out of the playoffs and the rangers 6-8 in the east.

Each bet has one unit placed on it, not to win 1 unit.

This way if you took a -200 favourite, it should reflect that in the profit. If we made it so that it only showed $100 profit, you wouldn't know the person was betting heavy favourites.

Again, the idea of the money isn't to show who won the most, but to give a somewhat accurate representation of the lines they have been betting. Winning $100 every time wouldn't do that.

Now you could say the same for the opposite, when they lose they lose hard, and we would see how much they would lose, but call me optimistic, I'd rather see how much they are winning than losing, figuring most bets will be winners.
