Flames -1½ vs Panthers

Expect the Calgary Flames to win by a couple of goals on their home ice at the Saddledome against the Florida Panthers.
The Panthers struggle badly on the road, evidenced by the fact they have won just five of 22 road games this season. Don't expect them to improve on that here in Calgary where the Flames have lost just five of 19 and against Flames netminder Miikka Kiprusoff, who made 28 saves in a 6-0 shutout victory in his only career start against them.
Florida (15-20-7) isn't really a one-man team, but it often seems that way as Olli Jokinen leads the Panthers in goals (16), assists (25) and, naturally, points (41). The same is pretty much true for Calgary (19-15-4) where Jarome Iginla leads the Flames in all three columns - - 22 goals, 30 assists and 52 points.
Predictions: Calgary-4, Florida-2
Play: Flames -1½
