I forgot that this time of season in nhl last year, the unexpected happened every night...was so tough to figure out.
Last 3 days have been no different.
Kings 5, Hawks 0
Calgary 6, Blues 4
Ducks 7, NJ 1 (after Devils beat the other 2 teams in that conf. on the road)Comment -
Thanks everyone.... Still holding my breath though. Rollin is right, its tough right now. That's the reason I'm trying not to play every night unless I really like something. Doing my best just to pick the right spot. I'm gonna stop at the end of the month and take April off to get ready for MLB.Comment -

Correct me if I'm off, but last season, didn't you have a great run - up like 3K, but then lost like 2K of that after the ASB and called it quits to get ready for mlb? As long as you end up with a profit, doesn't matter how you get there I guess.

Should of fvckin known better....neither one of those was a play for me. I just hit them because I felt they both needed the win. knowing damn well the flyers and oilers are more than capable of winning those games I did it anyway. This is why I'll never be successful.Comment -
Me too man. I had every reason not to play either, yet I chose to play Blues +1 in a parlay, and then Hawks in an If Win bet. So the best I can hope for is Blues to push or possibly win (which is unlikely now) just to have a chance to break even.
My problem is waiting until a team wins like 5 or 6 in a row and then decide to play them. They go on to lose and then I chase.
So I lose out on 8 straight games basically.
And dude - I know you want to kill the books, but relative to most sports bettors, you do a might fine job...and keeping your head above water puts you in the minority.Comment -
What a crap night in nhL if you were rooting for faves.
Blues, Hawks, and Ducks all losers (Really thought Buffalo had the upper hand too.)...man - these are teams that really need to win, especially on their home ice!
On the same token, kudos to Rangers and Philly for fighting hard for 2 points that they each need.Comment -
