I was contemplating this myself, but I kinda like the Ducks to win at home before the break...just seems like Ducks will win by 1, but maybe 2 with an empty-net...I don't like the Ducks at -120...think it's more appropriate at -105 or so.

I think that's a fair price for them at home.

I like Chicago tonight. I think they match up pretty good against the pens but is give Chicago a slight advantage

Would be a good game to watch.

I also like Toronto, I think they will come out of their slump and find a win.

I'm feeling it too. Supposedly players took to heart the fans throwing their jerseys on the ice the other night, and I'd be surprised if they didn't come out hard today. And also, Ottawa played yesterday and aren't very good to begin with!

Could Calgary sweep entire California trip? Both Sharks and LA were in the similar situation as Ducks as far as the odds go...and both got buried in OT.

I hear ya but its very hard to pass up an opportunity to take one of the best road teams in the NHL this year when the book is willing to spot you a goal and pay you dollar for dollar.

I don't get the line for the Jackets TT (U 2.5) at -120...the Under 5.5 is at -145, and Jets favored -160 to -165...these are usually at about -140 or so...is there a catch?

Not saying that Flames are going to complete the sweep for sure but I think they have a much better chance than the books are giving them credit for tonight. Both teams playing well overall and in their respective situations as of late (Road vs Home) and the season series is split at 1 a piece so far. Both of the previous times these two teams met this year were one goal games. I really think this one is a bit of a coin toss and if that is true then getting spotted 1 goal at even money is great value. Maybe Calgary gets the sweep and makes me some money. Maybe they lose a one goal game and I get a push. I just don't see anyone winning this by multiple goals.

I actually think that Calgary train is gonna hit a big roadblock tonight...they were completely outplayed by LA in the previous game...I think they were outshot like 30 to 10 or something like that, after the 2nd period in that game. ANA is not LA - they don't have a problem scoring goals. Said all that it still could turn out to be a very close (1 goal) game.

Thing with Flames is they're riding this Ortio guy who was up and down last year. He was 4-4 last year with a .891 SVP in the NHL, and like I said split time in the AHL and even got demoted to the ECHL for a few games. He's been unbelievable this year.

I'm a big believer in stats and "regression to the mean" and I think that 4-0 record with a 1.23 GAA and .958 SVP has some "regressing" to do.

And just by the fact that Calgary is an average team, I don't see them sweeping the California teams.
