Good call on the under buddy for the ottawa game lastnight. Tough one to call and I find it so hard to play the under there.

Tonights a new night and potential is there to cash in big.

Looking forward to what your thoughts are on tonights action Papa. Nhl is by far my favorite to bet on. My parlay didn't pull through lastnight but I'm not gonna complain. Bigger and better night ahead of us.

I normally only parlay myself and tonight I'm considering the Devils and the over in the Caps-Philly game. Now usually parlay 3 plays and am theredfore seeking another one for this evening. Gotta be careful with the goaltender injuries, particularly San Jose and Sabres. I do like the Sharks but with Nabokov's status, that's a totally different scenario when they perform. Looking at their recent visits to St. Louis, San Jose has won 8 of 10 but with Boucher in nets, I don't know whether they're worthy of a play tonight. Every game is so very important for most teams heading down the stretch and the standings being so tightly bound.

Quite honestly, I would be totally shocked if we don't see at least 6 goals scored in Philadelphia tonight.

I think Tampa will play well against Toronto.

General I rarely, if ever, play a side that is on b-b road games like TB and Carolina are doing tonight against Toronto and Dallas respectively. The Bolts have also had miserable outings in Toronto, going a dismal 2-8 in their past 10 visits. Strangely enough I see that Carolina haven't fared much better in Dallas, going 1-6-1 in their last 8 visits against the Stars.

Fellows some of you may have also read that the 'flu' has been spreading through the Buffalo roster recently and Connolly, Afinogenov and Hecht all missed the club's most recent practise are will be a gametime decision tonight against Florida. Of course Nathan Horton and Bryan McCabe are both out with injuries for the visiting Panthers.

The two clubs always make and provide a wide-open style of play which equates to a very exciting and enjoyable game to watch.
How do you see it playing out?

On a side-note, I noticed that Timonen has been jumping up into the play quite a bit recently, a-la Caps Mike Green.

After last night's emotional (and physically draining) 2-1 overtime win in Nashville, Coach Bruce Boudreau called off practice today.


Caps Injury Update
LW Donald Brashear, one night after suffering a sprained knee while getting dropped by straight left from Belak, is questionable for tomorrow's game, Boudreau said. If Brashear's knee doesn't improve, though, the Caps will have to make a call-up. Boudreau said that decision won't be made until later today or tomorrow.
Flyers Injury Update
C Danny Briere will face the Caps tomorrow after his most recent bout with a nagging groin injury. Enforcer Riley Cote (upper body) also told me that he's ready to go.

Even Gretzky got a chuckle as he watched him leave the locker room after the morning skate today.

dallas to beat a tied hurricane team

That play looks very good YaBoy. Tonight marks the Canes 3rd game in 4 days and 5th in 7, not too mention they've not fared too well in Dallas, going 1-6-1 in their last 8 trips as I mentioned above.

Just noticed that, as tired or fatigued as the Carolina Hurricane club may be, they've actually been rolling right along, winning 3 of their past 4 games, with the lone loss coming via the shootout last night in Chicago.
