Yeah just 2 biggest plays both should have won and both lost. Kings few weeks back and Bruins yesterday, ahhhhh frustrating. I wanted a big play on Jets today as well but don't think I can afford it now.

I'd consider maybe putting a little more on the Blues in reg. Nino has them as a top play, and he is pretty good on those. Just food for thought, you should read his write-up and see what you think

Yeah just saw that before you said actually, great minds think alike

haha.

But I think I am going to put a parlay with Jets ML, Blues ML and a few other plays that yourself, Nino and I quite fancy tonight maybe something like Jets/Blues I would say Caps but Im not as confident as you and Nino in them so maybe Over in Habs or Leafs game, or both. Im gonna have a look around and create a tasting looking parlay as I definitely think theres money to be made today.

Ouch! That is some serious bad luck the past few days, Boston Conceding 27 seconds before the end of the 3rd period, Blues conceding 1 minute before the end of 3rd, Jets blowing a 2goal lead at the end of the 3rd period and not to mention the Canadiens game, Plekanec driving to the net with 20 seconds to go, gets a shot on goal which is blocked by a Lightning player and goes of the post, that's the margins in hockey, sometimes they're on your side, other times they're against you..

You've had a heck of a season anyways, GJ!

Thing is the Bruins game, Jets game Blues game all would have meant F all if there was only 1 more goal in Tampa game, then thats +12u I had a bit on blues ML + Jets ML parlay so had a bit back for that but still just annoying really.

Cheers yeah its been good, my first season taking it seriously and Im not in loss so was nice, plus I got some teams for the cup so will still be around here seeing what everyone thinks and cheering for the Caps haha.

You are obviously a gifted handicapper, next year will only be better. I'm hoping you'll want to resume this season. What impact, if any, do you think the strike had, as a result of the shortened season and less rest between games?

Also, could you shed any light on your method over the course of a season? Is it more "feel" or based on statistics?

Thanks man means a lot! I will be back next season without a doubt

My method is pretty simple really. I check out all the games on the card for a night, the ones I fancy I just write down, thats just my basic research method and generally who I feel will win, nothing special just my thoughts. Then I see what the lines are like and if a moneyline is something stupid like -200 I would probably leave it alone or put it in a parlay. Then check what the good tipsters such as huck, nino are saying. If they say its a good play and I like it I go with it.

Hell of a season Tom! especially for your first full season capping hockey (I'm in the same boat as you there). Can't wait to kick some ass next year with ya. And will be pulling for the Caps for ya! Btw responded to your question on the other thread.

1.) Blues ML + Blues in reg yesterday cashed. £205 in accounts.
2.) Max bet on RCB (Ipl cricket) Is looking good at the moment. 4/7 £190 bet - Potentially £305 in accounts.
3.) Horse bets on, currently not going great but will see what the accounts say after.

Scrolling trough your thread now, wish I would have followed you from the beginning of the season, I've had a tough start going down early, but I've fought my way back, and been lucky with the big plays lately. Started the season with 1500$ and now I'm on just under 3000$ going into the playoffs, still not sure weather to add something on the teams I think look promising or just roll with what I have.

Hitting the Philly game, but a 4-0 lead to the caps halfway in the 3rd sux, I hate 4 goal leads when entering the last period, the winning team is happy as it is and the losing team has already given up, thats usually how it goes. Coyotes up 2-1 after first that one is looking good

Bad day yesterday eh Tom? I was tempted to play the Bruins Over 5,5 or TT 3,5 but luckily I skipped because I can't seem to figure out that team, they're the main reason I lost money at the begining of the season so I started fading them. Had a good feeling the DAL/LAK Game could go over as well, so I put them in a couple of parlays:

1:35$ to win 120$
2:16$ to win 200$

What do you think of em?

I've looked at the remaining games in the regular season and I might go big on the WPG/WSH game tomorrow (Over 5,5 ofc) but not sure yet, other than that it will just be small plays from me until the playoffs, can't wait lol!

Yeah like them. Sabres/Jets over is definitely a play.

Only one I would be skeptical about would be the canucks game.
