Lets talk futures guys. Anyone see any serious value...besides the wild +3000 obviously

I like the Oilers (+3000) and the Hurricanes (+2000) as some sleepers

Dubnyk is very underrated to be honest. Big guy, plays very well positionally.

If you watched him the last month of the season last year he was one of the better goalies in the league. The main problem the Oilers have is their D or lack thereof. If they can get a couple shutdown D man look out.

Especially in a shortened season with all that explosive young talent I really could see them go on a run.

St. Louis Blues at 15-1. Energetic young team that meshed well together last season returns mostly intact, Jaroslav Halak has solid backup Brian Elliott to provide relief in the nets during the compressed season that is going to be a grind, Ken Hitchcock is a great defensive coach which could be a difference maker in the short season.

Overall a talented possession oriented team that plays great defense and now has one season under their new coach's system. The Blues still have a bad taste in their mouths about how last season ended (getting swept 4-0 by the Kings) and that will serve them well come playoff time. 15-1 looks valuable to me.

Such a short season, will be interesting to say the least. As a Wild fan, I say they need at least a season before they mesh. They need to avoid the injury bug as well. Koivu will make his visit as always.
