Here is how I see it, the closest on each one of the them separately, that give us a tiebreaker, it goes to the closest one without going over on either team, not combined total, Nomocino hit cavs score exactly, nobody else hit the score exactly and that gave him an edge, if somebody else would have hit the exact score then the other team's difference between both predictions would be the tiebreaker.

I hope this clears future discrepancies but for this time I will give cappinthepigs 25 pts hence this was not clear enough.
