Evo does not have flash.

Flash is in beta right now and can the beta version can be downloaded onto any android phone running the most recent FROYO 2.2 OS software. EVO will not be running FROYO out of the box and no date has been released yet that I know of.

I am looking forward to this also although Flash beta is supposedly cause some serious lag issues within the browser, hopefully they eventually get the bugs worked out and have it running on the EVO.
