I can bet run line to total baseball parlays with two different books and I can't win doing it.
I don't get it.

How long have you been doing it? What is the sample size?

Most likely they allow you to bet only two combinations out of four possible ones and those two are loosing propositions.

I can bet it anyway I want, I just keep splitting both parlays. It's ridiculous.

That sounds too good to be true. Kind of like free cheese. Are you sure those are not "deposit only" books?

I don't think it is a license to print money.

If you're sure majority of your bets have been +EV combinations and you have only played few hundred bets, it's very likely just short term variance. Bad luck in other words.
Check back after 2000 bets.

Theoretically, it is. The only question is getting paid.

the edge is there, not great but its an edge.
He probably hasn't bet enough to be in the long run yet is my guess.

We'll see if I make it that far. More bad luck tonight.

Yep, and another banner day today with Texas, Baltimore, Boston games going down. The Royals game was the only winner and it was on the short side of the equation.

The long run is not 2 months of a baseball season, give it time.

Is it better to bet, say, the under and dog RL with totals 7.5 and under and Fav RL with the over with totals 10 and over for example. How are you choosing which sides to play?

I think totals of 7.5 and 9.5 will give you the biggest edge for these parlays.
7 and 9 total runs are definitely the most common outcome.
