Chasing movements and playing things at close to or at the worst number is a fairly poor long term strategy. Line movement is important in that you want to be beating the closing number on a regular basis.

Colts line went from a PK to +5 against the Texans. I capitalized on this.

You can't bet based on line movement and win in the long term. It's like trying to catch Dr. Bob and RAS after the line move. You need to get the number before it moves. By the tiime, you tune into a move, it is too late. Only good for evaluating your bets in determining if you beat the closing line.

dude, steam moves can make huge bucks. especially if you can see the move as it "blackens" the board and can hit a slow moving book before they move their number.

this is an essential tool in the capper's bag.

OP will have to significantly improve his speed of bets to bet steam successfully.

Michigan -3 opener vs. Michigan St.was bet up to -6.5 pretty fast. How long do you think -3 was available if at all?
