SBR Fantasy Football One and Done League: 25 point entry
Send the points to me. As soon as the points are sent. I will be sending to Lou
immediately. I will not be holding any of the points.
You can pm me your picks or you can make your picks in the new thread i will put up before week 1.
You can pay now or you can pay before start of game 1.
A one and done league is where you can only pick a certain player one time all season.
Example: Week 1 you take Michael Vick. After week 1 you can no longer take michael vick the rest of the season. You take Ryan Mathews and he only gets 10 yards, touch luck. You used him and can't use him again.
You will pick 1 Qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1te,1 k, 1 defense every week.
After 17 weeks you will have used 17 different qb, 34 wr, 34 rb, 17 te, 17k and 17 defenses. You may want to use the best players early or you may decide and wait and use the best players later in the year, or use all the top players on a given week to win the weekly prize.
We will be playing for weekly and yearly total points. The 25 entry will go for the
yearly points. Sbr should be adding extra points for the contest. We will decide later what goes for the weekly and yearly.
If others want to have side bets on whether they will outscore eachother, they can do that also.
QB Td: 6 points
QB interception - 1 point
1 point for every 25 yards passing. No fractional points. If your Qb throws for 299 yards, you will receive 7 points and 1 yard short of 8 points.
1 point for every ten yards rushing or receiving for qb,rb,wr,te
rushing and receiving Td: 6 points
passing or rushing 2pt coversion: 2 points
1 point per reception for rb, wr, te and even a qb.
FG: 3 points
FG over 50 yards : 4 points
Extra points: 1 point
Extra point missed: - 1 point
Defense or special teams touchdown: 6 points
2 pointsper sack
2 points per interception
2 points for fumble recovery
15 points or shutout
10 points for 6 pts or less
6 points for 7-13 points
3 points for 14-20 points
Example: if you have Reggie Bush and reggie bush gets punt return Td, that
counts as a special teams/defensive touchdown. Reggie bush will not
receive credit in your lineup for that touchdown, it goes towards Defense/
Special teams only.

If there are wednesday, thursday or saturday games, then your lineup must be in before wednesday but only if you plan on using a player playing in that game. Otherwise you can just wait and put your lineup in saturday night or sunday morning.
If you use a player more than once and then forget then you will not receive any points for that player. It is up to you to look to see if you have used a player. Im sure others and myself will help you with that if you put in a player you have used before. Get a notebook or file and list your players you have used.
