Not sure what these comments are supposed to mean…but when a cardinal rule of dumping your roster is broken, I had very little ground to defend you. If that didn’t happen, you would have been eligible for this league.

Honestly was gonna do Barkley as I’m really high on the giants team this year. His injury was my concern.

Wow. Just saw this as well. It constantly amazes me that for whatever reason you take no fault in my league. Here’s the bottom line: you got so mad at a comment I made in a chitchat room from a total stranger you decided to sabotage my cash league. But yea Chaoz, I’m wrong. All you had to do was reach out to me and say “hey John that was stupid. I was wrong, I’m sorry” and things would have been over. Looks like BCATS is going to end up being a dead team. I thought he was clued into the draft, but apparently he wasn't. So now we have a dead team (see above). Best case would be to find someone to take over the team and run it. The team has some talent (even benefits from the L.Murray signing in Balt). I'd let them buy into the league for 800 points (original buy in was 2000). And they get 100% of the winnings they earn.

If we can't find a person to run it, we'll have to vote on how we handle the team. I will make a voting list on the options on a different post.

***Please note, I intend to keep the prize pool at 24,300 points. I will cover any of the short comings to the league.

OK...if we can't find a replacement, here are the options I see.

1. I run the team as best as possible. Play the consensus players each week (highest yahoo predictions). Each waiver wire period, I would make a claim for players using fantasy pros list (top 5 players). That way, the team would never have the #1 pick overall. Any winnings would go to cover the 2000 point buy in. For some reason, if this team won a prize higher than 2000 points. Those winnings above 2000 would be split evenly across all teams (therefore I don't get the benefit of having a 2nd team). Also, this team would not do any trades as I don't want to give anyone a possible unfair advantage.
2. Move all players to the bench....and therefore everyone gets a free win. Unfortunately 3 teams would get 2 (wins - Myself, Quang and Carolina Daze).

Since the second choice would benefit me more, I'm voting for option #1. I want the league to be as fair as possible.

Please vote before Sunday kickoff so we have a definite plan in place. If not everyone votes, then we'll go with the leader at that time.

Hopefully we will get a taker for the reduced buy in....the team has some good players (Chubb, Ridley, McLaurin, Woods, etc).

He has been in and out of the hospital a lot the past few years it seems like. Maybe give him the benefit of the doubt and see if he chimes in and/or sets his lineup for Sunday?

Good observation. I say if he doesn't show up then you just fill his lineup with the obvious choice but NO WAIVER MOVES AT ALL. We should not lose a waiver pickup to a dead team. But as Jake said, let's see if he handles it. As long as there isn't holes in the lineup we're good.
