If someone wanted Luck, they should have unloaded him. He will never be an elite QB due to the severity of his injury.
I think that he will be healthy for the start of the season. The Colts did not draft a QB, my guess is they are comfortable with Luck's recovery process?

i haven't heard anything lately....but it was a month or two ago that he still wasn't able to start the throwing process. something we heard all of last year.
